Another best buy came on the market today in Chico, its a foreclosure of course.  A custom built home off East Ave with an inground pool for $245,000!
Another Loan change per Fannie Mae guidelines; Any owner occupied loan with multiple units ( 2-4) like a duplex, triplex or fourplex will need 20% down payment as of Monday, no more low down on these type of homes.

You can search these on my website, they are now bank owned and I think good value for the money!
