Great new Chico homes

I just wanted to let all the buyer’s out there know that I previewed several great homes this morning and if you have any Chico Real Estate questions to give me a call as I keep myself updated on our market REAL-TIME!
If you’re looking for a starter home, home on a golf course, home on an acre, or in town with privacy I saw it today!  Prices ranged from a great condo at $199,000 to a beautiful home on an acre for $535,000!  Let me know what YOU’RE interested in!

Chico, CA Inventory Update

 

I don’t remember the inventory being this low in many years!  A quick check on the market showed ONLY 154 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES in the Chico, CA area!  I know this is old news, our market has been strong since Feb/2012 and continues to show promise for sellers.  Buyer’s are having a tough time of finding homes that meet their needs in their price range as this market is pushing values up, even the higher price ranges!

Yep, that’s what I was voted at the last meeting of the year for our Chico Association of Realtors! What a tremendous honor, it really culminated a great year for me.  I’m doing what I love, helping buyers and sellers!

Valentine’s Day 2011

What do I love?? My family of course, my dogs, my HOME and I still feel lucky to be in a business no matter how challenging these days that I LOVE! I get to problem solve, make dreams come true, watch families grow and new chapters of life begin.  A few Chico love stories of mine: helping my children’s friends buy their first home in 2010, helping a industrious young man buy his first home on his own and now looking for investment property, helping a new friend find a home to raise herdarling little girl in!  These are some of my stories that I’m so privileged to be a small part of. 
Everything I read points to interest rates raising this year, the new directive from the Obama administration to eliminate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will almost assure of that, so with prices still dropping and interest rates still in the 5% range check out my website to see what you can now afford!
