I moved here as a student and quickly started selling homes almost 30 years ago. My knowledge of Chico, its diverse neighborhoods coupled with an understanding of our schools, community activities, parks and volunteer opportunities help in matching my client’s needs to their housing needs.

With the Real Estate market constantly in transition, my experience, full time attention to local trends and service oriented approach to business give my clients an edge whether buying or selling.
