Searching Chico Real Estate

I want to apologize for new format in searching Chico or any real estate on my website.  Our local Multiple Listing Service changed within the last 3 weeks and they are still working the bugs out.  If you’ll skip the old map and go to SEARCH CHICO REAL ESTATE that will be the easiest method.  I do like the google map that shows up to pinpoint where each listing is.

Another new developement with this system is that if a foreclosure or short sale goes INTO escrow it will still be shown as ACTIVE or AVAILABLE.  Please send me a quick email or call my cellular to confirm if one of these is in fact available.  On our Realtor site they show as “BACKUP” so I’ll be able to quickly let you know.  Thank you for your patience during this difficult transition, I’ m working on simplifing the search area.
