Here we go again! This is the newest of the Prater’s Projects! We just purchased this foreclose and are starting on a new project of refurbishing, remodeling, redoing! Chris is busy at work on demolishing the garage conversion, Pablo is busy getting the yard in shape with new lawn, etc.  I’ve got to start helping with interior work and decisions on flooring, bathroom, paint, fireplace replacement, etc!
