1106 Wendy Way FINISHED!

Well almost anyway! Cleaned, and ready to show.  Bathrooom looks great, except plumber hasn’t set toilet, sink, shower fixture, oh well.  Flooring is done, new doors, new door hardware, new windows, new baseboard, new window, all new casing, new garage door and opener, landscaping looks great, in fact it all does to us!
Left to finish- plumbing, staging, some painting, some trim and now repainting fireplace AGAIN! First is was “Cut in the mustard”- to French’s, then Mountain trail Moss, very pretty but after tiling the fireplace hearth it doesn’t match so now I’m going to move to cocoa or chocolate.  The fireplace tile and grout got lost in translation so to speak?? Husbands and wives don’t always agree is a good domestic way to put it!
